30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your initial subscription purchase.
Renewals
For subscription renewals, refunds may be granted at our discretion if requested within 14 days of the renewal charge and the Service has not been substantially used during the renewal period.
Free Trial
New paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Contact us at support@lessonsync.studio and we will help you submit the request.
Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal inside your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
